City Night
ABOUT CITY NIGHT
City Night is a popular street run that has been held in Berlin since 1992. It is one of the most important 10 km running competitions in Germany and usually takes place at the end of July. This running event is organized by SCC EVENTS GmbH. The race features a 10-km race for inline skaters, a 5-km race for runners and the final 10-km race for runners and wheelchair users.
THE GOAL
The aim was to transfer the site, which was previously in an old content management system (CMS), into a new multi-domain system based on TYPO3. At the same time, a basis was to be created to merge all the event websites of SCC EVENTS GmbH so that they could be transferred from the old to the new TYPO3 CMS. The general aim was to improve development processes.
