Ravensberger Matratzen is an established home and living brand that belongs to The Social Chain AG. This online shop offers high-quality mattresses and beds made in Germany along with a wide range of accessories.
The aim of the project was to relaunch the online shop to improve the conversion rate. As part of this move, the system was to be set up on the current version of Shopware and connected to the PIM product information system.

THE CHALLENGE
The challenge of this project was to manage a team of around 20 people and an external service provider while adhering to a tight timeline.
SERVICES
In this project, bytepark supported The Social Chain AG both during the RFP process and in setting up project management. bytepark also coached the project manager during the project. In addition, the development infrastructure for the project was established.
