About Pretabolic Health Science GmbH

Pretabolic Health Science GmbH is a Cologne-based food science start-up. Founded in 2022 by Tea Meiner and Dr. Stephan Lüc, the company offers a scientifically based method for fasting using its fasting drink TRYB. The company has now set its sights on the DACH region and further internationalization. bytepark was asked to support the team with the relaunch of the content management system and the extension of the online shop.

The previous content pages of the TRYB store were located in Shopware. The goal was to make these pages easier to maintain and to give editors greater freedom and comfort. In addition, the slightly modified branding had to be integrated. The goal was also to help visitors find more content related to the product and to clearly guide them through the offer. In addition, the system should also be open to internationalization and offer more complex services for customers in the future.

The Goal

UX/UI Design

In close cooperation with the responsible content agency, a new UX concept was created for the website. This was based on a precise segmentation of different target groups for the product. Then, the IU design was created based on the branding provided.

The content area of the shop was detached from the Shopware-based store. The newly designed modules were set up using the Drupal content management system. This solution is easy to maintain and operate and, above all, can grow in the future in line with the customer's scaling plans.
