The Social Chain AG is a listed social commerce company that combines expertise in product and brand development, social media publishing and social media marketing. In 2021, The Social Chain AG was expanded to include the DS Group subgroup. The project to digitise the client’s HR processes was managed by bytepark.

The Goal
The following goals were pursued with the introduction of Personio:
- Roll-out of the Personio SaaS solution, which was already in place at The Social Chain AG, to the companies of the DS Group subgroup.
- Replacement of the existing HR software solution and storage of personnel data on hard drives
- Integration of a customised interface between Personio and the existing time tracking software for logistics employees
- Creation of a central platform for employees, managers and HR administration
