About the Project

We are excited about this new project and the implementation of the app (MVP) for tracty. Together with founder Murat Cayli, Jan Kuhlen (KUHLEN Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB), Kornelius Kemmler and Stefan Kohls (both Kemmler & Kemmler GmbH), we have created a brand and platform that will simplify contract signing between creatives and agencies of all kinds.

Key Features

Product Management and UX Design

We took on the product management and user experience design (UX) for the development of tracty. The first step involved defining requirements and goals in workshops. The target groups and personas were then created based on interviews with project managers from a marketing agency.
The requirements were prepared in a feature map with user stories to define the scope of the MVP and then planned in a roadmap. Finally, wireframes were implemented for the entire application as a template for the UI design.

In the run-up to development, bytepark evaluated various technical solutions. The technical implementation steps of the platform were prioritized according to the roadmap. The features were tested and implemented using an agile approach. The basis of the application was technically implemented with Symfony to provide a high-performance solution. In addition to the development, bytepark also provided the technical infrastructure to ensure efficient and stable operations.
